PRISM was established by Group-IPS, an independent industrial engineering group with thirty years of project delivery experience. That operational lineage shapes how we work: we begin from the physical and operational realities of an industry, then build the strategic analysis on top.
For three decades Group-IPS has engineered, procured, and built complex industrial facilities for clients on three continents, process plants, energy infrastructure, and supply-chain facilities, across the breadth of heavy industry.
Four principles.
We start from the physical and operational constraints of a business (energy, materials, logistics, climate) before layering on financial analysis.
A geopolitical shock is also operational, social, and physical. We model the cascade across domains rather than treating each risk in isolation.
Single-point forecasts rarely survive the decade. We build a set of robust scenarios and stress-test the strategy against each.
Our advisory work carries no engineering or project-delivery commission. Recommendations are paid for by the recommendation itself.
